Design process

• Once your order is placed, we will be in contact for your information within 1-3 business days
• Once your information is provided to us, we will provide you with a design proof via email to approve before production. Please review all spelling and grammar.
• You are able to make five revisions free of charge. Once printing has commenced no further changes can be made.
  
  This is a semi custom design. Therefore only the following can be amended:
  
• Font
• Details of the card
  
  All sizes are standard and can not be amended unless discuss prior and dependent on the information required to go on the card. Anything larger than A5 will incur further charges.

• • Production time 3-4 weeks from approval
  • Once printing has been completed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to quality check, pack and send you your order.
    We will photograph everything and send to you before shipping!
